Ah, young love.

I just watched Little Manhattan for the very first time.  Lifetime is a channel I normally avoid like the plague, but when I found out they were airing it tonight I just couldn't pass up a chance to see Bradley Whitford.

I have to say, this movie was incredibly adorable.  It is family-friendly and the storyline is very sweet.  The two kids in the lead roles are both quite talented actors.  I think it's safe to say they're going places (hopefully it's not to rehab like the vast majority of former child stars these days).  I've seen the little boy in something else but I can't remember what.

On an extremely superficial note, Brad looked totally hot in this movie.  Maybe it was all the casual clothes, I don't know.  Little Manhattan was filmed in 2005, so his hair was rather short.  I know a lot of people are not fans of Brad with short hair, but I'm one of the few who thinks it looks good (don't get me wrong, I like it long also).  But I will admit that his hair was cut was waaay too short earlier this year -- I don't like it so short that it looks like someone hacked it off with a weed wacker!  Luckily for me, it had grown out a bit when I saw him in Boeing-Boeing.  Okay, I'm done with the shallowness now.

I may actually invest in the DVD of the movie.  Amazon has it for pretty cheap.  Plus, I'm eventually going to order the 10th Anniversary Sports Night DVD that's being released in September, so I might as well buy both items at the same time.
